We photocopy the back of every magnetic strip ticket!
We keep a copy of every order here and suggest you make a copy as well. The reason being, if you should lose your ticket while here on vacation you may take the photocopy and be re-issued the remainder of the ticket.
* Due to the large number of Disney tickets now available, we are unable to have every ticket in stock. That is why we need the turn around time listed below with the shipping options. Many times, we may get the ticket the very next business day, you need to call ahead and check first before ordering.

Dinner Show Tickets
These tickets are available for next business day mail out, hotel delivery or
'Pick Up Center' if ordered with nothing else. Tickets are at the 'Pick Up Center' for collection during store hours: 8am-8pm Mon-Sat; 8am-5pm on Sunday.
'U.S. Mail' Domestic (FREE)
The criteria for domestic is: Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.
Please allow 3 - 4 business days (that is Mon - Fri, if you place your order on a Monday, Tuesday would be the first business day of the 3 - 4 business days) before your order is sent via the U.S. mail. Then allow another
3 - 4 days for the order to be in your mailbox.
* When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email titled "Order Dispatched".
' U.S. Mail' U.K., Ireland, Canada & the Netherlands(FREE)
Please allow 7 - 8 business days for them to be in your box after they are
mailed.
** All others must make use of our Hotel/Resort Delivery
Service or Pick Up Center.

'Hotel/Resort Delivery ($10)
Please allow us 3 full business days for the
processing of hotel/resort delivery orders.
Your order will be there awaiting your check-in. The order is
hand-delivered, signed for by the hotel/s staff & placed in the manager's safe.
When the package is delivered, a notation is made with your check-in.
When you check-in and show your i.d., that is when the package is handed over to
you.
'Pick Up Center' - Picture I.D. required ($0)
Same day Pick Up for 'Pick Up Center' orders. They are there for collection during our hours of operation which are 8am-8pm Mon- Sat; 8am-5pm on Sunday.

Return / Refund Policy
If you order has not yet been charged, we can cancel the order with no fees assessed to the customer. However, if the order has already been charged and payment has been collected, customer will be responsible for a 10% processing fee. This fee covers expenses incurred processing your credit card for the purchase. However, there are no returns once the customer receives their tickets. The theme parks emphasize and practice a very strict NO RETURN policy, and we as a contracted partner must abide.
